Sign up through Mindbody (online or in the app) and please cancel at least 24 hours ahead. Arrive 5–10 minutes early to get signed in and set up so you're ready when class starts. There's a $10 charge for no-shows and late cancellations (within 2 hours of class). If a class shows a waitlist, sign up anyway, spots open up before class.
